I get - and get a monthly stipend around - and I have the Prepaid card that is only a direct deposit way of funding my account. I tried to get another account privately and because I live in DE they would not open an savings account. There is a PNC Bank right down the street from me, - I can walk to it to save bus fare and I tried too open a savings account and because of what - said on it 's report PNC would n't open account. There are other banks but not that close, I like to do everything online and use less stamps to mail something when we have email. It has been three months since I asked for an appeal from - or show me where they made the decision. I feel I will be embarrassed at every financial institution and because of that I have not tried other banks but when I hear a response from you guys I will do nothing.
