Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Georgia

On - -, 2015 I submitted a dispute with TransUnion. However, TransUnion refused to process my dispute and requested the following items, a copy of my Drivers License, Bank Statements, a Cancelled Check, Pay Stub, and a Utility bill. I communicated to TransUnion that I do n't provide that type of information to private corporations such as theirs. Yet, TransUnion never ask me for any of these items before they reported this information on my credit report.
