Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Louisiana

We have an issue with my husbands transunion credit we have sent in verification 2 times now and we still can not get a copy of his credit report ... we were told its being handled by the fraud department when connected to them we were told my husbands credit and a ladys credit were combining because their socials are so close ... now I had to fax over his social security card and his credit would have to be separated or sorted from this other lady 's well its been over a week and I still ca n't get anything done
