TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Georgia

Hello, my name is - - and i have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my information at Transunion. I am unable to receive my credit score/report from them because i suspect that some of my information is wrong with them. I am able to receive my credit score/report from - and - but am unsuccessful with Transunion. I suspect that because of this problem with them i am unable to be approved for credit at numerous locations including retail stores. I have called Transunion countless times and they ca n't do anything about it over the phone. They give me information saying they 're going to talk to their IT Team '' and there 's nothing else i can do. A lot of time has passed and i have received no response or any information regarding the status of my credit report or why i am unable to get a credit score/ credit report from them. I would like for this to be resolved so i can receive a credit report from them and have no further problems involving wrong information with their bureau.
