My elderly mother - - was - - 2015 and I her daughter - - went a gathered all her bills to be paid, - account with Synchrony Bank was delinquent and was sent to - -, - '' in the amount of $310.00, I paid the account in full on -/-/2015 -/-/2015 Synchrony Bank sent a statement with a new balance of $94.00 with no previous notification or services provided to my mother. I sent Synchrony Bank in writing a letter stating the account was settled, they sent back a letter to her to contact the collection dept. to be better able to assist her. So together we called and they stated they do not deal with - or any third party companies! I read the letter to her and she asked that I hold as she tries to remove the fees ... ... Comes back and states she can not remove the fees. They keep sending statements with more late fees now. Also the account is frozen and she can not use the card for her - needs at this time. So I am now contacting you for assistance. Thank you
