On - -, 2015, I contacted the toll-free number for TransUnion Online Personal Credit Service to complain that the service was merely a front to sell me more products and did not provide me with a credit report as advertised when I signed up. The number - was answered by someone CLEARLY not in the US. The Operator refused to tell me where they were located and when I asked to be transferred to a call center in the US, was told I would need to provide all of my personal info. I will not provide that info to an off-shore service. After - calls and - VERY RUDE refusals, I have decided to take this route in hopes of having people understand this joke of a service. I want this service cancelled, any money charged me returned and people warned as to what a clear waste of time this product pushing service is for the average consumer. How can the division of TransUnion that provides credit reports through the mail transfer me to a US call center, but another division so thoroughly waste my time and degrade what little reputation your company already has '' Thank you
