I signed up for a credit reporting service with TransUnion for a - dollar charge. Later I learned they were charging me $17.00 a month. I have stopped the charge but they will not refund $35.00 charged to my credit card account. I did not know there was a recurring charge when I signed up. I am a college student and just starting to use a credit card. If TransUnion had disclosed the monthly charge, I would not have signed up. It is not worth it to me. I believe this is unfair and deceptive. Will you help get my money back and have TransUnion stop taking advantage of people? - - --
