Synovus Bank Credit card department,
SirCan you please help with this problem. It should be easy to fix but since I cant communicate with this company makes it hard. Im sure they set it up this way to save money. I obtained a secured credit card from first progress for $300.00. The problem is - credits are posted on -/-/- and -/-/- however they are not credited or deducted from balance, see file. Now they also want late fees. All the numbers I call or can find online either dont work or they have no idea. on card says first progress issued by Synovus Bank - -. Cant talk to a humanIve also called other numbers. I wrote them month ago no reply. This is a real stupid setup by this company. Please help as i am worried they are now going to show this as late account etc.. - -
