Called placed to Transunion in regards to inaccurate information on my credit report Called - - -. Spoke with - - ( that 's the name the Manager gave me ). Stated that my - - account showed a balance of -. I explained to him I sent - letters with acct # - and # -. Mailed to Transunion that account was paid in full and that the company sent information. He stated the information is not going to change and he will leave the information on the credit report. I thought the credit reporting agencies are to provide accurate information opposed to fighting on the phone with you in regards to the information. I sent copies that was received form the company that it was paid a - - updated all three credit bureaus. I am trying to figure out why my information can not be update accurately
