The online website account history shows that the account balance is positive by US mathematical standards, yet Netspend Corporate managers/representatives say that it is Not their standards. For instance ; Here is what my balance on the website will show to me is the balance is $10.00 ( - dollars ) ; Balance ( $10.00 ). However this example is actually a Negative balance. If it was a Negative balance it show show or read as follows ; ( - $10.00 ). I talked to a representative of Netspend and they told me that on their side of the website it shows a Negative but not mine. This is Fraud and misrepresentation of facts. It is a trick to get extra fees from customers/consumers, because each time they make payments with a Negative balance that they think is Positive, they get charged fees like I did.
