Barclays Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Arizona

I am the victim of fraudulent activity on my credit. I am in the processes of reviewing all of my accounts and have notify all - creditors. My credit status has been and is currently under a fraud alert. I made a written request to Barclaycard 's on -/-/15 asking how to submit an FTC Fraud Affidavit. I am also requesting information of what is needed to process that request. IE A copy of Barclaycard 's written policies and procedures informing consumers how to request application information and business transactions records about consumers transactions alleged as the result of identity theft, as per the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act ( FACTA ) I have received no response to my request. My letter was sent certified mail on -/-/15.
