Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Delaware

I had a student loan with -. The loan was placed for collection with - - - where it was paid in full. I have attached a copy of my credit report from - showing a paid charge off '' with -..and a paid coll '' with -. This week when my report was pulled the - now shows the balance again and charged off '' on the account. This is a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Sect. 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) reporting information that they know to be incorrect. The bureaus have allowed a paid charge off to be changed to a charge off and a paid balance to be reinserted when they know it to be otherwise.
