We have a second mortgage on our home with PNC. Our first is with - - -. We applied and received a loan modification from - - -. Then we applied and were denied a loan modification from PNC. We appealed the decision and were denied again. Each time we asked to understand their basis for the denial and they refused to provide us with that information.
