TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score New York

Not only have I requested my Credit File Annually, I have not received this report in 2 years. I am tired of the lies and games with MY credit file. This company received MORE than the - items listed in their denial letter sent to me. I have proof of documents received that were sent to all - of the credit reporting agencies. The documents were tracked & posted as delivered. The agencies received a copy page of a previous credit file ... a Copy of my US S.S. card, a copy of my FL state issued DL, a copy of a Utility bill, full information, name addresses 2 years and prior, and my Post office address. AND THEY ARE STILL PLAYING A GAME WITH MY CREDIT FILE. I want my copy EVERY YEAR. Not once every few years, after I take legal action every time for 6 months to receive it.
