PNC Bank Mortgage department,
Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Washington
My mortgage servicer, PNC Mortgage, sent me a series of letters notifying me that my flood insurance coverage was inadequate. Dating back to -/-/2015, I have called PNC - times to straighten this issue out. I have had my agent, -, arrange to send flood declaration pages at least - times, ( dating back to - -, 2015 ) showing adequate coverage, which must be at least as much as my home owner 's coverage ( see attached documentation ). During the - phone call ( -/-/2015 ), I was assured the problem would be taken care of and, I was promised a return call to let me know that the issue was resolved. I did n't receive a phone call, and instead on - -, PNC charged me $140.00 for gap insurance that I do n't need. The only notification I received was a copy of the force-place policy in the mail.
