Direct Capital Debt collection department,

Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Arizona

I am repeatedly getting calls from local number - stating that severe allegations have been attached to my name and ss number and that I have - hours to contact them at - to provide a statement or they will file paperwork with the courts and I will lose all legal rights. They have also contacted my ex fiance. I have attempted to call back - to both the local and toll free number. After several rings it states to leave a message then says that the mailbox is full. No identification of company. I do not owe anyone any money nor have I taken any loans out. I did some research since you are unable to actually speak directly to a person and discovered that this is a company named Direct Capital and they are harrassing numerous people.
