Direct Capital Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine September 1, 2015 - I am repeatedly getting calls from local number - stating that severe allegations have been attached to my name and ss number and that I have - hours to contact them at - to provide a statement or they will file paperwork with the courts and I will lose all legal rights. They have also contacted my ex fiance. I have attempted to call back - to both the local and toll free number. After several rings it states to leave a message then says that the mailbox is full.
