Unable to get credit report/credit score problem getting my free annual report

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

I HAVE RECIVED LETTERS IN THE MAIL REGARDING A TAG FOR A CAR. STATING THE CAR TAGS ARE GOING TO E-PIRE AND THAT I HAVE TO RENEW. I DO N'T OWN A CAR.
