I contacted Transunion via telephone on - -. Talking to the customer service rep to have them remove an OBSOLETE account- - - - # - is showing as account paid in full WAS a charge off. The date of first default on that account was -/-/-. They were not helpful and trying to tell me date of last default was -/-/-. I called Transunion again yesterday, and they also agreed that an account that old should be removed and it looked odd, but could n't remove it. I am requesting they remove it now. This is violation!
