On -/-/- I received a phone call from - '' from Trans Union. I asked her about a dispute that I placed in -. It had been a while and I had n't heard anything from the dispute so I was trying to get an update. She would n't give me any information and she began asking me intrusive personal questions about my family, making criminal accusations that the negative items on my report might have been done by my family members. She stated that someone disputed items on my credit report in -/-/- and they might 've been the same ones to have stolen my identity, but she would not give me information about the inquiries on my file as of today -/-/-. Instead of being assisted I feel extremely violated and taken advantage of by this phone call. It was extremely disturbing.
