Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Hawaii

I recently applied for an urgent loan with my credit union. When they tried to pull my credit report from Transunion, they were told that no information was available. My credit union called Transunion and were told that I needed to contact them. When I contacted them they told me that for some reason their system/company has - different files for me and they need to combine the files before they could release my credit report. When I asked how this happened as I have never had a problem before they said it was just a system problem and that all I needed to do was send in a copy of my social security card and they could resolve my issue within - business days. I immediately sent in my card copy as requested and after almost - weeks they still had n't been able to get the issue resolved. I called them everyday, and everyday they told me it should be working now, but when my bank went back to pull the report they were still not able to obtain it. I call them, they tell me it 's okay, the bank calls and they say they are n't done working on it yet. I have asked several times to speak to a supervisor and have not been allowed to do so. Now today, my bank has reported that because of their lack of ability to obtain my credit report from Transunion they will not be able to grant my loan request and are closing out my application. The issues with my report are solely those of Transunion 's system and to no fault of my own. The other reporting agencies are n't having a problem, but my bank only uses Transunion who refused to correct THEIR error. I read online that this has become a normal practice for them and many people have complaints. In the meantime, my credit report is still unavailable and because of this I am unable to obtain an urgent loan that I need.
