Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

I paid Trans Union credit reporting agency to provide me with credit reports and credit scores for all - reporting bureaus, but got a vague report and speculated credit score. I checked my credit score through - website to find a completely different number. When I spoke with a supervisor ( Name - ) he told me they calculate the score for all - companies in their own way and that I agreed to some writing about it. They have the actual - logo on top of the credit score with a different number than - actually reports. This is misadvertisement. I did not receive what they advertise.
