I made a car payment to USAA federal savings bank in - for $570.00, that 's a little above my normal payment. I later found out that the bank applied it to an insurance policy. I 've never taken an insurance policy out through USAA. They are now threatening repossession of my vehicle. They will not find the error, and correct it.
