I have repeatedly sent Pinnacle Credit Services a debt validation letter in which they have ignored. I do not believe this debt is mine. After Pinnacle ignored my request, I then sent a complaint to the -. The - informed me that they too, had tried to make contact with Pinnacle and after several attempts, their request went unanswered as well. I am now contacting FCPB to help me get this resolved.
