I requested for validation within - days or to cease communications and this was not honored. ( -/-/15 ) I received another letter from the collection agency ( -/-/15 ) which is a violation of the FDCPA as validation was not provided. I sent another letter on -/-/15 requesting for validation again and granted another - days. Validation was NOT provided to me and I am requesting that all communications be ceased, and that this account be removed from my trade line. Given the FDCPA violations described above, I am seeking damages for each offense up to $5000.00. Your response is greatly appreciated as soon as possible, - -
