Credit monitoring or identity protection problem with fraud alerts
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts Arizona
Transunion is the only credit reporting agency that is requesting proof of my current mailing address in order to put a fraud alert on my account. They have historically had wildly incorrect information on my account ( that is different from the - other agencies ) and I could never get them to respond appropriately or resolve after providing proof. Now they are mailing a notice to a mailing address I have been at for 15 years asking for me to prove it is my current address every 90 days when every other agency is renewing a fraud alert on my account that I requested. I refuse to send additional info to the only agency that ca n't keep proper records from the start like the other agencies do and this is irritating that they wo n't put a fraud alert on my account at my request when I had fraud activity on my verizon account that indicated my ssn was compromised. My address has n't changed in 15 years and they are n't sure what it is?? Please do something about credit reporting agencies that forces them to keep proper records, handle requests appropriately and take fraud alert requests seriously.
