I keep getting error We are unable to complete your request ''. I 've already filed a dispute for a collection I 've paid off, and they do n't understand that I wan na track my status via the account access feature that TransUnion LLC offers free of charge. None of there agents speak good -, or - poor - I ca n't understand there requests half of the time, or what they are trying to tell me when I have a issue. This is totally unacceptable. The techs '' on the other line who I am trying to talk to, want to get off the phone as fast as possible, want to do the minimal amount of work, and do not care about the consumer. I would n't be writing this complaint if they would 've spent a extra - minutes with me the consumer to resolve my issue. Total lack of transparency. I 've already submitted information per TransUnion LLC dispute page stating I 've paid off the debt collection, and the account is closed. I 've been told - different answers1. The dispute was opened - - 2015 and is being processed and reviewed2. The dispute was opened/received - -, 2015 and is being processed and reviewed. 3. My dispute was unsuccessful account to another tech '' and tell me I had to re-file. I ca n't refile if another tech '' is stating I already have a dispute open? I have attached a settlement from the Debt Collection agency, stating my account balance is $0.00. I want this remark removed from my account ASAP, I want to get access to my free annual credit report from TransUnion LLC, and I want my account established.
