Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Rhode Island

When the lease on my Jeep Liberty expired I turned-in the vehicle to - - - in -, RI. The vehicle was inspected by the salesman, -, and it was found to be undamaged. About five days later, the vehicle was moved to another location and inspected by an Ally Financial ( financiers of the lease ) representative who found scratches and gouges on the vehicle that were not there when I turned-in the vehicle to - - -. The salesman, -, called Ally and disputed their findings. Ally called me this morning and said that are not going to wave the $350.00 they are demanding and are threatening me with adverse action to my credit score.
