My experience with Quicken Loans was the WORST possible in all the years I have been dealing with lending institutions. While they did what they said they would do the whole process was inept and poorly done. They did NOT communicate within teams '' in fact it seemed - team had no idea what the other team had done or had informed me about. Additionally I was run around on - problem which was not a problem if anyone in their title department was able to think independently. This alone caused me aggravation, anxiety, and a lot of wasted time. The bottom line is as long as I have a choice I would NEVER use Quicken loans again nor would I recommend them to ANYONE. I did everything they asked in a timely manor, yet ; they managed to - '' things up and have multiple people you have to deal with making the whole situation a MESS.
