Continue to get harassing calls constantly which has escalated to now indicating a lawsuit has been filed against us and our home. Written notice was sent to cease and desist but call continue. Now my minor children ages - and - are receiving calls on their cell phones with the same message indicating a lawsuit has been filed against us. No verification of debt notice has been sent to provide opportunity to dispute any and all charges.
