I am forced to reach out to you for assistance as a last resort. It 's been well over 3 years ago that I closed my short sale successfully and cleared '' my debt with Bank of America ( loan # s : - & - ), But for some reason I am still being harrassed by debt collectors from - ( # - ) trying to collect on a debt that was settled on the shortsale transaction with Bank of America ( # - ) on -/-/2012. They are also falsely reporting this debt to the credit bureau.
