Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Pennsylvania

The Barclaycard Arrival Plus MasterCard account was charged fraudulently twice in - 2015 for $210.00. This card was cancelled and another was issued in its place. Barclaycard did not cancel the debt but forwarded it onto the new account and called it a dispute. I have contacted Barclaycard by email and phone on numerous occasions without success. These - charges were fraud and need to be cancelled as a result.
