My second mortgage with BSI Financial Services was transferred to - Mortgage. This debt was discharged in my Chapter - bankruptcy in -. BSI has it listed twice on my - report ( attached ). They have correctly listed it as Bankruptcy Chapter - '' on the first listing..but on the duplicate they show 120 days past due '' and show - late payments of 150 days late or greater from - of - through - of -. This is two years AFTER the debt was discharged in bankruptcy. I have already disputed this with - and they left the item on the file. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act AND the stay provided by my Chapter - bankruptcy in -.
