Amex Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit June 5, 2015 - I have had payment arrangements with this debt collector for several years now. Thay have been taking the arranged payment from my bank account on a monthly basis. The terms of my arrangement have expired and they claim that because I have n't contacted to make new arrangements, they have opted to sue me. Two days prior to being served, this company did take a payment from my account. I have never received any kind on notice outlining new payment arrangements..
