On -/-/2015 I bought a copy of my Tranunion credit report - Order Number : - ). I disputed several items on my credit report and requested that the results be sent via email. I did not want my report to go out in the mail. On -/-/2015. I received notice from a credit monitoring service that their had been changes to my Transunion report. On -/-/2015 I contacted Transunion to inquire when I would receive a response. I spoke to a representative who purported to be a supervisor ... she told me an email had already been sent to me. I explained that I did NOT receive the email. She gave me - options, she could either mail out a copy or she could go over the results over the phone. I explained that I had paid for an electronic copy and I want my results and updated report electronically. Her demeanor was take it or leave. I asked to speak to a manager, she refused. I refused to hang up until she transferred me to a manger. She transferred me to voice mail with an inaudible name. I left a message. As of now I have not received a response. My biggest concern ... TranUnion purports to have sent an email. Who received this report / results? Where was it sent? I DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL.
