This is additional information for case # -, which I filed last month. Someone from PNC Bank emailed me to call her. I have now called - times since her email ( - ), and her phone always goes to voicemail. Because of my travel and meeting schedule, I am not in a position to take unscheduled phone calls during the day, so I 'm not sure if there 's anything else I can do to move this forward.
