Synchrony bank calls and hangs up repeatedly everyday several times a day. I had a care credit account with them, which has since been paid off. I filed a previous complaint before because of the same tactics. Complaint # -. Have no idea why they continue to call. I called them about 2 weeks ago and told them to close the account and purge all of my personnal information from their system, that I never wanted to hear from them again. Now the calls have started again. I need help, this company is harrassing for no reason. They have been asked to stop and purge my info. The recorded the call when I asked them to stop, I told the person that I was talking to, to make sure that management heard the recording. Obviously that did not work. What can I do now?
