I paid of my mortgage loan with PNC Mortgage on - -, 2015. I have contacted them - times requesting the balance in my escrow account. They had taken out - and - pmi insurance and I told them they have to prorate - and they said they would. To date I still have not received a check from them however, I received a letter of denial regarding the prorated amount for the pmi insurance. I contacted the company again today and no supervisor was available they said they would call me back. The correct amount owed to me is -.
