I submitted an application for a loan modification to Caliber Home Loans. They asked me to provide information which I did, they asked for several things they were : Profit and loss statement, a letter of verification and a credit report authorization. I faxed all of these to them. I have fax reports showing date they were faxed. On - -, I received a phone call and a letter saying I was refused a loan modification because you did not provide us with the documents we requested '' This is not true. I sent in everything they asked for and have proof that I did so. They did not even evaluate my documents
