My loan was reported to the credit bureau as past due and I never received a past due notice or call to resolve the issue in a timely matter. I am not a chronic debtor and any reporting to the credit bureau should be communicated in proactive measure. I am disappointed in the service response in trying to resolve this matter. According to the creditor this is their policy and they are not required to inform me of the delinquency.
