Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score North Carolina

I have been recently denied credit based upon my TransUnion credit report. I immediately contacted TransUnion by formal correspondence to request a copy of my credit report, in full accordance with the FCRA. I also called TransUnion and a representative told me that I would have to purchase the monitoring service to receive a copy of my report. The FCRA enjoins Credit Bureaus to provide a copy of the person 's report if notice of adverse action has been rendered by the prospective creditor.
