I have a vehicle that was financed through Nuvell/Ally Financial in -. It was paid off in -. I am trying to get a replacement title because I never received -. The - informed me that there is still a lien on my car and that I need a lien release letter from Ally to get a new title. I have been calling since - ( it is now -/-/- ). They say they have faxed and mailed this letter to me, but I have yet to receive anything. I have spoken to CSR 's and supervisors, with nothing helping.
