Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Michigan
The bank assessed fees of $35.00 for overdraft and also a $27.00 a day fee for the account which they are now trying to sue me for. These fees are obsurd and also saying they paid when they did not pay, and they said they did the overdraft protection is discrecionary and nothing was approved or paid.
