I am a victim of Identity theft and I have sent numerous letters, copies of personal identification information and police reports in regards to someone stealing my identity and opening up a checking account with TCF Bank. TCF Bank has not removed or cleared my name from the fraudulent checking accounts that was opened at TCF bank by someone who stole my identity.
