Capital One Credit card department,
My sister and I both have applied for the same credit card which was the - card by Capital One. Neither of us have yet to receive denial letters via mail, my application was almost 30 days ago. However instead both of us have received emails regarding our denial letters. We enter the credentials which were our - and -. When we entered the credentials we noticed it was someone else denial letter. Completely different name and everything. This is a privacy issue especially considering we both got someone else 's denial letter. I have contacted the Executive Office and their - - regarding this issue and still have not received my denial letter. If i am not mistaken a company needs to send your denial letter, but to receive someone else 's letter just seems to be a privacy issue.
