Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Alabama

I was told that this old account was re-aged and sold to - -. I contacted - - and worked aggressively to pay this off within months by making doubled payments and large debit amounts as agreed by payment plan with myself and - -. I made the final payment before the plan was up because the rep and Account Manager told me the file would be closed and removed from my credit files. I have never received correspondence from them as paid in full or it removed from my credit files. I have sent them numerous goodwill letters and they have never responded. I would have never paid them in full and before the payment plan was up if they never agreed to remove this from my credit files.
