- -, representative from Midland Funding , LLC contacted me numerous times between - - - -, 2015 requesting payment for a debt. - requested I make a payment and I refused because I had not received validation of the date. I inquired about a settlement without validation and was told by - that I had to give him my bank account information before they could make offer a settlement. I declined to give him my information and requested a settlement in writing and was again told that he could not give me a written offer until he had my bank account information. I declined giving him my information. In - 2015, they reported the collection to the credit agencies.
