Capital One Bank account or service department,
Checking account Using a debit or ATM card Texas
I was notified via email of - transactions on Sunday, - - which I did not authorize. I immediately called Capital One 360 to inform them of the charges. The total had already been removed from my available balance. I was told that I had to wait until - for the charges to post and then I could make a dispute. I was told that it could take up to - hours to complete the dispute and for the funds to be returned. This caused a separate credit card payment to be returned. I filed a police report and called on numerous occasions to resolve the issue.
