Why would - send us a wrote off if they were n't going to honor the trial. - told us we had to apply for your in house modification, in which we did and it has been very difficult, I have faxed it at least - different times and even register mailed it, each and every time, I was told something was missing, even when I sent the registered letter, someone told me they did n't receive it, and I had the computer in front of me and I had to say someone signed for it, ( That 's funny I have proof that someone in your company signed for it ), I was put on hold and then told yeah we got it page - is missing.
