- -, a cell phone provider, inaccurately reported to the credit bureaus, a cell phone account balance in the amount of $89.00, that belonged to somebody else. - - agreed to remove the negative credit item from my credit reports in -, -/-/2014. The representative for - - was -, Badge # -, who I spoke to at - - - - -. - - did in fact delete the original credit item in -, -/-/2014. Please refer to the - dispute results, dated - -, -/-/2014. However, - - reinserted the previously deleted information through Pinnacle Services Credit Services, LLC in -, -/-/2014. Please refer to - report # -, dated - -, -/-/- This action taken by - - one month later violated our agreement that the disputed cell phone account was not mine. Pinnacle Credit Services , LLC has responded to me that they do not delete inaccurate, previously deleted credit items. - -, to date, has refused to voluntarily correspond with me regarding this matter. I have suffered personal damages due to being denied credit during this period of time. These damages are a direct consequence of - - ' civil tort against me, by inaccurately reporting negative credit information, agreeing to delete the inaccurate credit information, and then subsequently having Pinnacle Credit Services , LLC reinsert the negative credit item under my name. Pinnacle Credit Services , LLC is also liable for unlawfully reporting the previously deleted negative credit item under my name, and failing to remove it voluntarily. I request that CFPB investigate this matter thoroughly, and penalize these offending parties for not acting justly, and in good faith, to restore my good credit, and failing to abide by the terms of our agreement.
